Shipping and Tracking

Our FREE shipping threshold is applicable only on orders A$100+ (AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND ONLY).

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If it has not been emailed to you, or is not visible on your account, please contact our customer service team at info@justjits.com

Generally, all orders placed before 1pm will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after this may be dispatched the next business day. If we are out of stock or there is going to be a delay with your order, we will get in touch with you to let you know. As such, please make sure you have provided us with an active email address and telephone number in your order.

For multiple product orders, we try our best to ship everything together. However, sometimes we may need to ship an item separately or may be out of stock of an item. If we are required to send items separately, we will send you an email to notify you of this - so please check your email. If we are out of stock of an item, we will attempt to make contact with you through the contact methods you have provided us in your order (email, phone). If we are unable to contact you, we will refund the product(s) that are out of stock and ship the rest of your order. 
NOTE: We will not refund any customer whose order did not arrive due to an incorrect shipping address provided to us.

Delivery and Payments

We accept almost all types of payments. Credit and Debit card, PayPal, AfterPay, Apple pay etc..

For international orders:

Usually you will not have any issues with customs but if you do get asked for whatever purpose, this may vary differently based on your country - The order confirmation sent to you via email will serve as your Invoice. Show this to your post office / customs department. If they are asking for more documents, you may contact us at  info@justjits.com for further assistance.

Ordering

There are two ways where you can order. You can do what you feel more comfortable.

1 - Just choose your items by adding them to your online cart, proceed to checkout and follow the steps.

2- Create an account then follow step 1.

Please check on your order's tracking number. Depending on where you're located, additional time might be required for your package to go through customs or be delivered outside of a major metropolitan area. 

If your order should have arrived but hasn’t, in the first instance, please contact the delivery agency with your tracking number and request an update. Generally, they will be able to assist and advise you on an approximate delivery date for your order. If there are still issues, please contact us at info@justjits.com

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Please contact our support team on info@justjits.com and tell us what kind of revision you need to apply on your order.

Please send an email with a photo of the damaged item to: info@justjits.com and we will get back to you.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to apply discounts after orders have been placed. Please make sure to apply the discount before checkout.

Yes, you will receive 2 notifications -  one order confirmation and one shipping confirmation. The order confirmation will be sent once you have successfully placed your order. While the shipping confirmation will be sent once your order is ready to be shipped. Please make sure that the email address used to place your order(s) is an active/valid e-mail, and if your confirmation email does not come through please check your spam folder.
