Free Return Label
If you selected and paid for the ‘Returns + Package Protection’ option at the time of placing your order, you may be eligible for a free return label. This label can be printed by accessing the returns portal at the link above. This option is currently only available to customers in Australia and USA.

Important: This free label does not include insurance against loss or damage in transit or, in the case of an exchange, cover the cost of shipping of the exchanged item . This remains the customer’s responsibility.
