Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges: If it's an error on our part, and we've sent out the wrong item, we'll cover the cost of postage both ways. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item.

Need to exchange the size? No worries. Get in touch with us within 7 days and we'll provide you instructions on how to do so. Please note, you will be charged the postage cost for us to send back out the replacement items.

Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will refund items that have been returned to us in new and unused condition less the cost of postage and, in the case of an AFTERPAY transaction, the fees associated with this transaction.
