Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@justjits.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to cancel your order before it ships but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

If we can cancel your order prior to shipping, a $10AUD order cancellation and re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing, credit card, Afterpay/Zip Pay, and/or currency conversion charges (payment providers do not refund us these fees).

In the event we cannot cancel your order prior to it being shipped, the options detailed in our Return & Exchange Policy are still available to you. 

There are some items for which we are unable to cancel an order including, but not limited to, pre-orders etc.
